7. iBingz reserves the right to refuse any submission considered offensive, unacceptable, or detrimental to iBingz reputation or that of its business partners.
8. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirming from your order from iBingz. That is when our contract is made.
Website Security
1. To protect your details, our website uses a secure environment by using 128-bit shared Secure socket layer (SSL). This establishes a session, encrypts all traffic, between our web server and your browser. Although, we cannot guarantee the server will be free from hacking or unauthorised use.
2. iBingz uses PayPal for online credit/debit card payments and does not store any credit card information. PayPal will not pass any of your personal information, including credit or debit card information to any third party.

3. You undertake that all details that you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods, are correct and that the credit/debit card and PayPal account are your own and have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.
Pricing
All prices stated are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include the G.S.T (goods & services tax) of 10%.
Our prices are not subject to variation. However iBingz Pty Ltd reserves the right to make unforeseen adjustments due to manufacturer variations, market conditions, errors in advertising and other extenuating circumstances.
Deliveries
1. iBingz aims to process orders within 2 working days of receiving payment and confirmation email being sent. Orders are shipped using Australia Post. Expected delivery times vary from between 2-14 days. This may vary at peak times (such as Christmas) and may be affected by destination and local Customs procedures.
Customs
1. International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes at destination. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you.
2. iBingz may supply a Customs Label containing a brief description, and valuation of the parcel's contents.
Returns Policy
We take every care to ensure all shipped goods leave our warehouse in working order. Due to the high cost of shipping, relative to the size and cost of the purchase item, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if goods arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 15 days of receipt (including order number) and we will replace them immediately upon receiving the damaged or defective goods.
You are responsible for the entire cost and risk of returning the damaged or defective goods. We therefore recommend that you use a guaranteed and recoded delivery service when returning Goods.

1. iBingz endeavours to ensure that the information available on the website is true and accurate, but cannot guarantee that it will be error-free. iBingz does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses, trojans, worms or anything else that may have destructive properties.
